Saturday: 10:00 am to 4:30 pm
Sunday: Closed

You may place holds online in the library catalog. Find an item in the catalog and click the “place hold” button. If you have not selected a default pick up location, you will be prompted to select a location for pick up. Please select "Olathe – Indian Creek Curbside" as your pick up location. You may also place holds in-person or by phone.

How do I pick up my holds?
Once you receive the notice that your hold is available, you have 7 days to pick up your items. When you arrive at the library, please follow the Curbside Service signs. 

Once parked, text the library at 913-971-6809. Please remain in your car and await further instructions from library staff. Please open your trunk or roll down your window for a no-contact delivery. 

 How do I change the pickup location of a hold?
For any holds currently on your account but not yet filled, navigate to the list of holds and next to the title, drop down the “Pick up at” menu and choose the new location. To change your default pick up location, go to "My Account"- "My Settings" -"Account Preferences" and choose a new preferred pick up location.

Please contact us to choose a new pick up location for holds that are already available. 

Can I pay fees curbside? 
No, staff will not be able to process payments via Curbside Service. Fees may be paid online at olathelibrarysmartpay.org, by phone or inside the library.
