Printing, Copying, and Scanning
Olathe Public Libraries provides free WiFi and public PCs at all of its locations. You can log in to a PC at the Library with your Library card number or request a guest pass from one of our librarians. You can also print and copy for a fee at all our locations. Olathe Public Libraries have laser printers for customers to use for printing.
Prices
Printing cost per page: 15 cents for grayscale (black and white) or 50 cents for color.
Copying cost per side: 15 cents for grayscale (black and white) or 50 cents for color.
We have a $50 maximum for printing: 333 black and white prints or 100 color prints.
Remote Printing
We offer a new way to print at the Library: Remote Printing. Now, you can upload your files to the portal below, email, or use our app to your device.
For both uploading and emailing:
You must come into the Library to print your files by the end of business on the same day.

Uploading Tips:
Uploading your file allows you to configure your print job settings, such as the number of copies, right when you submit it.
- Max File Size: 100 MB
- You must enter your Library card number or a unique, memorable guest name along with an optional email and/or a phone number to receive confirmation of your upload.
- You'll use your Library card number or guest name to log in at the print release kiosk.
